Back on the right track

I ran 45 minutes today because I could. I know I won't be doing this again as a regular thing.

I got 23 points but I am taking one out because I bought a bottle of diet coke which I intend to enjoy! Dang it :P

I had to go for it, it is not like it jumped in my fridge by accident. So I got 22 points for the day :)

Totally agree with Mikki. I really cant stand the idea of sodas and all the junk in them, but they are so addictive (probably because all the junk in them) and I drink way too much soda everyday.

thanks girls :)
but as I have said it is easier for me to avoid it than for you. I have lived in the US and I know how it is. I mean you find sodas the same way in France and in the US but it is just not advertised and put forward as much. Of course you have special sells on them but for example the biggest bottle you can get of Coca-Cola is ridiculous compared to yours. And Coca-cola is the one making the biggest bottles.
When you buy one bottle in a family it is meant to last. It is not considered a "normal" drink like it is in the US.
the size of glasses matters much too. I will find a glass the american size and will put a picture of it by the size of a regular glass in France. You'll get how easy it is to avoid sodas or even to drink too much of it.
This is why I deserve a point less for buying it.

I forgot to quote a friend about sodas.
In France we say that water is for frogs (meaning that we should drink wine) or that it is for the shower and that you should not waste good shower water for drinking. I have also heard "why drinking water when you can have wine?" and this is this very line that I have heard from a friend adapted to sodas. I thought it was funny.
Sodas are very cultural. I am not saying that we don't drink any of it just that you won't as easily find it in homes.
