Yay Courtney!! So glad to have you with us on this challenge!! You are just amazing to me. You really are inspiring. :)
I'm so not a wannabe runner, sometimes I wish I were though, because it does seem like a really good way to burn a ton of calories. Maybe someday I'll work my way up to a wannabe. lol

"Court" means "short" in French....you did keep your intro short :P but I went to your blog and found out you're a runner. I am not but I started three days ago and to my astonishment I ran my first 15 minutes yesterday. I could have done more but I don't want to go too fast in my progression.

So is it going to be the both of us encouraging the others? Is this right? :D

Perhaps all three of you encouraging me--Angela has also taken up running.
I'll be the die-hard holdout I think. lol

Ha Ha Ha Ha Mikki! You're cornered. No way out.
I am too far to do this but if I'd live closer I would definitely pop up and find the right words to make you run.....
Geeeeeeeez I am having some evil thoughts on how to make you run.

Getting ready now for a healthy breakfast and a little run.
Oh byt the way, Saturday I ran my first 15 minutes :)

Congrats Gwennaëlle on your first 15 minutes. Its hard to stick with something at the beginning, but its great if you do. Starting is the hardest thing, but Ive found that looking at inspirational running pictures helps me.. especially the ones with sayings like "If you began running the first time you thought about it, you would be done by now". Those really get me going.

And Id love to burn lots of calories running, but I love sweets and running makes me hungry so I run and then eat sweets. Bad combo!
